Hello, My name is Fabiola, iam blessed with 5 beautiful kids. Let me tell you about my weight loss journey. Like any busy mom i never seem to find time to work out or simply diet alone, it was never enough. I tried everthing out there to lose weight but never got the results i was looking for. My own challenge made this happened for me, I'm so happy I gave this a try.
